For 33 years, it's been a Calgary tradition. Let's keep it going strong!

On Saturday, November 22nd, the 33rd annual Stuff A Bus rolls into town! It's the one day a year we trade passengers for pasta and tickets for tuna, filling city buses with donations for the Calgary Food Bank.

Head to your local Calgary Co-op and look for the big transit bus! Grab a $10 pre-made hamper or some non-perishables, and stuff them onto the bus.

Come and feel the incredible community spirit with Samantha and Buzz and the XL 103 team! We'll be live at the Calgary Co-op in Oakridge from 9am to Noon, and we want to see you there!

How to help:

• Donate cash at the till.
• Grab a $10 pre-packaged food hamper.
• Bring your own non-perishables to the bus!

Can't make it on the 22nd? The next time you're at Calgary Co-op, you can easily add a donation to your total at the till. It's a small act that makes a huge difference. You can also pick up a $10 pre-packaged food hamper - it's got everything the Food Bank needs most. Let's make this day of giving one to remember!
