Dreams Take Flight Calgary is a registered national non-profit charity dedicated to providing a trip of a lifetime for children facing medical, mental, physical, social, or emotional challenges.
Since 1993, Dreams Take Flight Calgary has proudly brought this incredible experience to deserving children from Southern Alberta, giving them the opportunity to create unforgettable memories at a world-renowned California theme park.
Made possible through the generosity of Air Canada, corporate partners, donors, and community supporters, each flight is powered by volunteers who manage fundraising, planning, administration, and operations. With donated aircraft, volunteer crews, and medical teams, they work together to make every child’s dream take flight.

LIGHTNING LANE PASSES
Every minute matters during their one day trip to Disneyland.
Lightning Lane passes allow children to experience more attractions, spend less time in line, and make the most of every magical moment. Your generosity helps create an unforgettable experience for children facing physical, mental, medical, emotional or social challenges – giving them a day filled with joy, adventure, and lifelong memories!
As Walt Disney said, “It’s kind of fun to do the impossible”. Every contribution helps do the impossible and create more magical moments. A $50 donation will cover the cost of a Lightning Lane pass for one child.
THE ENCHANTED BALL
Join an enchanting evening of dinner, dancing, and holiday fun at The Enchanted Ball!
Come celebrate the season with family and friends at the Strathcona Community Association, where the evening will be filled with dancing, games, candy, pictures with Santa, raffle baskets, and plenty of holiday cheer. Doors open at 4 PM, with dancing and festivities continuing throughout the evening.
Tickets are $25 per person, with children aged 2 and under free. Your ticket includes dancing, pictures with Santa, entry to the raffle baskets, two slices of pizza, and two non-alcoholic drink tickets. Additional pizza and drinks will be available for purchase.
This is an all-ages family event. Children must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian over the age of 18.
