Wheel of Fortune LIVE! brings America’s Game® to your hometown! One of the greatest game shows of all time has been adapted into a stage show to give more fans access and more chances to win at “Wheel of Fortune LIVE!” Guests are randomly selected to go on stage and feel like they stepped into the game show itself. The live stage show is the only way you can have the chance to spin a replica of the iconic Wheel.
At Wheel of Fortune LIVE!, contestants are selected from the audience to go on stage for the chance to call consonants, buy vowels, and maybe even solve puzzles to win fantastic prizes, including trips to destinations like Paris and Hawaii or up to $10,000 in cash. SELECTION PROCESSRegistration for the chance to win prizes and/or be randomly selected to play “Wheel of Fortune LIVE” takes place both online in advance through an email from the venue and in person on the day of the show. Each eligible person will complete the registration process by supplying their name, e-mail address (if available) and month and numerical day of birth (i.e. 1/31) for entry into the registration system. Guests will have the opportunity to pre-register by entering their information online prior to arriving at the venue. That registration will be emailed to ticket buyers from the venues. Once confirmed, it’s not necessary to complete registration in-person prior to the show to be included in the selection process. Registration at the venue will open approximately two (2) hours before scheduled show time and will close ten minutes prior to the scheduled show time.

Experience the film that started it all like you never have before! With an abiding affinity for cinematic repertoire, guest conductor Anthony Parnther brings a fan’s enthusiasm to the unmistakable orchestral score to Star Wars: A New Hope, as the original 1977 film plays on the big screen with John Williams’ unforgettable score performed live by the Calgary Phil. This concert is presented in partnership with the Calgary International Film Festival.
About Jann Arden:
Jann Arden is a multi-platinum, award-winning singer, songwriter, actor and author. Arden has released 15 albums with 19 top ten singles. Her most recent album, Descendant was released in January 2022. Arden’s accolades include 8 JUNO Awards including Female Artist of the Year and Songwriter of the Year, 10 SOCAN Awards and 4 Western Canadian Music Awards to name a few. In 2020, she was announced as an inductee into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame joining the ranks of Canadian music icons including Alanis Morisette, Bryan Adams, Barenaked Ladies, Bachman Turner Overdrive, Joni Mitchell, Shania Twain and many more.
Arden has also been inducted into the Canadian Association of Broadcasters Hall of Fame, has a Star on Canada’s Walk of Fame and has been awarded the Order of Canada.

Season 3 of Arden’s CTV hit original comedy series JANN premiered in September 2021. About Rick Mercer:
Rick Mercer is a comedian, TV personality, author and Canada's top political satirist, best known for the Canadian Screen Award winning series Rick Mercer Report. Rick's weekly helping of topical satire, funny takes on the week's top stories, Canada wide adventures and famous rants have made this show a perennial audience favourite.
Mercer launched his television career in 1993 as one of the creators, performers, and writers on the hit topical weekly show This Hour Has 22 Minutes. In 1998 he joined Gerald Lunz and Michael Donovan to create the satirical dramatic series Made In Canada, where he again starred and contributed as a writer. In 2001 his CBC Television special Talking To Americans became the highest rated Canadian comedy special ever with 2.7 million viewers.
In 2014, he was made an Officer of the Order of Canada. He’s also received The John Drainie Award from ACTRA in recognition of his contribution to Canadian broadcasting and for his “unique approach to raising awareness of Canadian politics and current affairs through the award-winning series This Hour Has 22 Minutes, Made in Canada, and The Rick Mercer Report. He is the sole civilian recipient of the Canadian Armed Forces Commander Land Forces, Command Commendation in recognition of his support of Canadian peacekeepers.
He is the recipient of nearly 30 Gemini Awards and Canadian Screen Awards for television writing and performance and in 2015 again won the CSA for 'Best Performance in a Variety or Sketch Comedy Program or Series.' In 2009, the Rick Mercer Report took home the prestigious Golden Rose Award for ‘best comedy’ at the international Rose d’Or Television Festival in Lucerne, Switzerland. Mercer is the author of three best-selling books and has written for Time, Maclean's, The Globe and Mail, and The National Post. In 2019, Rick was bestowed with the Lifetime Achievement award by the Governor Generals' Performing Arts Awards. Three years later, in 2022, he headlined the "Comedy Night in Canada" stand-up tour organized by Just for Laughs as part of the National tour. Additionally, Rick was awarded the prestigious Stephen Leacock Medal for Humour for his critically acclaimed and bestselling memoir, "Talking to Canadians." These achievements reflect Rick's notable contributions to the field of performing arts and his aptitude for delivering exceptional comedic performances.
Nostalgia-inducing unforgettable hits! The internationally-acclaimed hit theater show The Simon & Garfunkel Story (www.thesimonandgarfunkelstory.com) is bringing its national tour to Calgary on May 24, 2024 for one show only at the Grey Eagle Event Centre. The immersive concert-style tribute show recreates the magic and authenticity of Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel on stage and chronicles the amazing journey shared by the iconic, GRAMMY-award winning folk-rock duo. It tells the story from their humble beginnings as Tom & Jerry, to their incredible success as one of the best-selling music groups of the ‘60s, and to their dramatic split in 1970. The Simon & Garfunkel Story culminates with the pair’s famous “The Concert in Central Park” reunion in 1981 which had more than half a million fans in attendance.
